March 28 - more photos from the past couple of days

We performed our last concert of the tour this afternoon at the St. Nicholas Church Town Square!  The ensembles did a fantastic job and we had a huge standing room only crown.  Yesterday (I didn't post), we had a concert very close to today's venue at the Church of Sts. Simon and Jude.  It was the largest venue of the tour, but had few guests, as it was a weeknight.

Yesterday was mainly travel from Vienna to Prague with a stop in Cesky Krumlov.  The rest of the journey was interesting as there was a major detour and the buses lost their GPS signal in a very long tunnel.  Needless to say, we were lost for quite a while, with u-turns on the highway and getting strange looks from the residents of small towns as they gaze at huge tour buses maneuvering down their very narrow roads.  We arrived to our concert venue with minutes to change into our concert dress.  No warm up, but a great performance.

Today, we had a tour of the Jewish Quarter, the concert as mentioned above, and the rest of the day free in the Prague Town Center.  Now awaiting the 11:00 curfew to check in the lovely cherubs. 😜
