Hello from Budapest!

It's Thursday, March 21 and both flights arrived safely to Budapest, Hungary.  Group A landed this morning with a smooth baggage claim with no lost luggage or damage (whew!!!) to meet one of our guides, Luca, who was our lead guide on the Spain Tour 2017.  We loaded the bus for an overview tour of Budapest, focusing on the castle district, which sits high above the city for great panoramic views.  After a couple of hours of touring, we just settled at our first hotel.  The students and two slightly jetlagged directors are relaxing at the hotel, awaiting a 7PM dinner call.

Group B arrived and at the time of posting this blog entry, are currently on their tour.  They will arrive to the hotel shortly and will have an even later dinner.  It will be nice to have the entire group together tomorrow.

It was a minimal photo day for me, but I managed to get some panoramic shots of the city and a few students.  The group picture is of the students (with Mrs. Bayer and Luca) from the Group A flight.   I will keep you posted as long as I have wifi and access to my laptop.
